Welcome to WOW by Alp. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://wowbyalp.com and all purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Our Business Structure
To serve our global customers efficiently, WOW by Alp operates with a transparent international structure:
Billing & Customer Support: All financial transactions, secure billing, and customer care are managed by our U.S. entity: Wow by Alp LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste 57383, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Production & Fulfillment: Every piece of furniture is handcrafted and shipped directly from our primary workshop located at: Önder Mah. Yalınç Cad. No: 60/4, Altındağ / Ankara, Türkiye.
2. Handcrafted Product Variations
We specialize in artisan-grade furniture, including custom epoxy river tables, walnut dining tables, and wooden decor. Because we work with organic materials (such as European walnut and olive wood), natural variations in wood grain, color, and resin patterns are normal and celebrated features of handmade furniture. These natural characteristics make your piece unique and are not considered defects.
3. Production & Shipping Timelines
Since every item is carefully crafted by hand in our workshop, production times vary by product type:
Bespoke Epoxy & Resin Furniture: Requires 20–25 business days for wood preparation, resin pouring, and hand-polishing.
Standard Solid Wood Furniture: Requires 10–15 business days for milling and oil curing.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched from our workshop within 3 business days.
Delivery Window: We ship worldwide via reliable air freight carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Average transit time is 5–14 business days. The total estimated delivery window is between 25–39 business days depending on your location.
4. Payments & Security
We accept secure international payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. All transactions are encrypted through PCI-compliant payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal) to ensure customer security. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped internationally from our artisan workshop in Türkiye.
For United States Orders: All orders destined for the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Prices displayed on our website for US deliveries include all applicable import tariffs, customs duties, and clearance fees. The price paid at checkout is final, with guaranteed zero surprise fees or customs charges upon delivery.
For Other International Destinations: Prices displayed on our website do not include destination-specific VAT, GST, local sales taxes, or regional customs clearance fees. Any such import charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Non-Custom Items: Eligible for cancellation within 48 hours before production begins Returns for standard, non-customized products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because custom tables are built to your specific dimensions and design choices, they cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.

7. 2-Year Limited Warranty & Damage Policy
a. Our Craftsmanship Commitment
Every piece at WOWbyALP is handcrafted with high-grade solid hardwood and premium casting resin. We stand behind our work with a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering structural manufacturing and craftsmanship defects from the date of delivery.
b. What Is Covered
This warranty covers internal structural defects that prevent normal, intended indoor residential use, specifically:
Structural failure or separation of the wood-to-epoxy resin bond.
Structural warping or cracking caused by latent internal timber defects exceeding acceptable natural wood tolerances.
Welds, structural stability, and integrity of metal table bases and mounting hardware.
c. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions & Natural Characteristics)
Solid wood and epoxy are natural, artisan materials. The warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear & Tear: Surface micro-scratches, scuffs, or gradual sheen changes resulting from daily use.
Heat Damage: Surface burns, clouding, or thermal shock caused by placing hot cookware, kettles, or hot mugs directly onto the surface without heat-resistant trivets/coasters.
Environmental & Moisture Damage: Cracking, bowing, or checking resulting from exposure to extreme indoor climate conditions. Solid wood requires a stable indoor relative humidity between 40% and 60%. Damage caused by placing the piece directly next to active heat sources (radiators, heating vents, fireplaces, heat pumps) or under prolonged, intense direct sunlight is excluded.
Chemical & Liquid Damage: Stains or surface breakdown caused by harsh household cleaners, acetone, alcohol-based solvents, bleach, or abrasive pads. (Clean only with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soapy water).
Misuse or Alteration: Damage resulting from accidental impact, outdoor use, commercial application (unless specifically contracted), or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
d. Shipping Damage & Delivery Inspection
Because freight carriers require strict reporting windows:
Please inspect the exterior packaging and the item immediately upon arrival.
In the rare event of transit damage, report it to info@wowbyalp.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the specific damage on the item (an unboxing video is strongly encouraged).
Once reported, we will promptly coordinate with the logistics carrier to arrange an appropriate solution: complimentary repair, replacement parts, full replacement, or refund.
e. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, email info@wowbyalp.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and detailed photos/videos taken in good lighting. We will review your claim and respond with the recommended resolution within 2–3 business days.
8. Intellectual Property
All product designs, original photos, and written content on this website are the property of WOW by Alp. Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
