Epoxy Furniture (Epoxy Dining Tables, Coffee Tables, Console Tables, etc.): Production takes 20–25 business days.
Worldwide Express Shipping: Regardless of the product size, delivery takes 5–14 business days via premium carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

Yes, absolutely. To make the process of commissioning your bespoke furniture as seamless as possible, we offer structured payment plans for our high-end pieces. For custom dining tables, coffee tables, and large furniture orders, we typically operate on a 50/50 payment structure: a 50% deposit to secure your premium wood slabs and initiate production in our Ankara workshop, and the remaining 50% balance upon final visual approval right before express crated shipping. Additionally, our secure checkout supports integrated financing and installment options depending on your location and preferred payment gateway. Please reach out to our team to design a payment structure that best aligns with your project budget.
Will my table look exactly like the photo on the website?
This is one of the most beautiful aspects of owning a handcrafted live edge piece: your table will be completely unique. While our gallery photos faithfully represent our design concepts, premium craftsmanship, and artistic resin formulations, no two organic wood slabs share the same grain patterns, knots, or natural contours.
Furthermore, you are never left guessing; as part of our transparent artisan process, we send you curated photos of the raw wood slabs for your official approval before a single drop of epoxy is poured. Think of your custom piece as a functional work of art with its own distinct natural fingerprint—guaranteed to be just as stunning, if not more so, than the inspiration design.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For United States Orders:
No, absolutely not. All customs duties, tariffs, and import fees for US orders are 100% prepaid by WOW by Alp. The price you pay at checkout is completely all-inclusive—guaranteed zero surprise fees or customs invoices upon delivery.
For Other International Destinations:
Our prices do not include destination-specific VAT, GST, or local import taxes. Depending on your country’s customs policies, applicable local fees may be collected by the carrier upon arrival and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your policy if my product is damaged in transit?
Your investment is fully protected. While we take extreme care in packaging and have a very low damage rate, we secure every epoxy and wood table, with comprehensive insurance for your complete peace of mind. Should any damage occur during transit, we are here to make it right. Simply notify us with photos within two days of receipt, and we will manage the insurance claim process on your behalf to ensure a prompt repair by one of our artisans or a replacement is organized for you at no extra cost.
