International Delivery Information & Shipping Policy
At WOW by ALP, every piece of furniture is handcrafted in our primary production workshop located in Ankara, Türkiye. We specialize in custom epoxy furniture, walnut dining tables, live-edge pieces, and solid wood home decor products.
All products featured on our website are manufactured by WOW by ALP and distributed internationally through Wow by Alp LLC, our U.S.-registered entity responsible for global billing, secure payment processing, and customer support.
🪵 Production & Handling Time
Because each product is handmade and carefully prepared in our workshop, production times vary depending on the product type and level of customization.
Bespoke Epoxy Furniture
(Dining Tables, Coffee Tables, Desks, Benches)
Estimated production time: 20–25 business days
This includes wood preparation, resin pouring, curing, sanding, and hand-finishing.
Standard Solid Wood Furniture
Estimated production time: 10–15 business days
This includes woodworking, assembly, and protective oil finishing.
Small Artisan Items
(Shelves, Cutting Boards, Wall Art)
Estimated delivery window: 9–24 business days
🚚 Shipping Method & Transit Time
Once production is completed and your order passes final inspection, it is shipped through trusted international carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
International Transit Time
Estimated shipping time: 5–14 business days worldwide
Total Estimated Delivery Window
Total Estimated Delivery Window: Your order will arrive safely at your delivery address within a definitive window of 25–39 business days (comprising our 20–25 day handling phase + 5–14 day freight phase).
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
We proudly ship directly from Türkiye to customers in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and other international destinations.
📦 Packaging & Freight Protection
All products are carefully packaged according to their size and shipping requirements to help ensure safe international delivery.
Oversized & Heavy Furniture
Large dining tables and heavy furniture pieces are securely packed in reinforced wooden crates for additional protection during transit.
Medium-Sized Furniture
Coffee tables, benches, and similar items are packaged using high-density protective materials and durable corrugated boxes.
Small Artisan Items
Shelves, cutting boards, and wall art are wrapped with protective packaging materials suitable for international shipping.
🔍 Order Tracking
Every order shipped from our Ankara workshop includes an international tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor the shipment during transit.
⚖️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped internationally from Türkiye.
Please note:
- Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- United States Customers: We ship all US orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All import duties, tariffs, and customs processing fees are fully covered in your order total. Your furniture arrives directly at your door with zero additional customs invoices.
- European Union, UK & Other International Destinations: Orders shipped outside the United States do not include local VAT, GST, or destination-specific import taxes. If applicable, these will be collected by local customs/carriers prior to delivery according to your country’s regulations. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to learn about your country’s tax regime.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- WOW by ALP is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
