Stunning Oversized Wall Clock – Olive Wood Live Edge Design

Description

Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock – Handcrafted Artisan Wood & Metal Design

The Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock by WOWbyALP is an architectural statement piece that unites the raw, sculptural grain of Mediterranean olive wood with the clean precision of a modern steel frame. Designed as both an accurate functional timepiece and a gallery-grade focal point, this handcrafted wall clock reflects an organic balance between centuries-old timber heritage and contemporary interior design.

Each Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock is produced in our Ankara workshop using hand-selected olive wood slabs. The natural bark contour and undulating perimeter are meticulously preserved to celebrate the organic geometry of the tree, ensuring that every piece remains completely one of a kind.

WOWbyALP operates as an authentic direct manufacturer: while our master woodworkers craft each clock in Turkey, all international merchant operations, customer support, and global logistics are managed seamlessly through Wow by Alp LLC, our U.S.-registered commercial headquarters.

What Makes an Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock Unique

An Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock should do more than simply tell time—it should anchor and elevate your living space. This model stands out because of its exceptional material balance: slow-grown Mediterranean olive wood is renowned for its remarkable density, rich mineral streaks, and mesmerizing marbled grain swirls that cannot be artificially replicated.

The live edge design preserves the natural edge contours of the slab, giving the clock a tactile, sculptural dimension. The industrial steel perimeter frame provides structural contrast, creating an aesthetic that integrates effortlessly into modern minimalist, rustic farmhouse, Scandinavian, and industrial loft interiors.

Olive wood is naturally durable and resistant to wear, making it an ideal medium for enduring wall art. To keep the raw timber fibers breathing and highlight their warm golden-amber undertones, our artisans hand-seal each wooden segment with eco-friendly, zero-VOC natural hardwax oils rather than synthetic plastic varnishes, keeping the grain authentic to the touch. To mirror this balance of live edge hardwood and architectural metal in your living space, pair your wall decor with a matching solid live edge walnut coffee table, or complement entryways with our handcrafted walnut bench with metal legs.

Size Options & Custom Workshop Production

Your custom Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock can be tailored to match the spatial scale of your interior floor plan. Because WOWbyALP operates as a direct workshop rather than a third-party retailer, you enjoy complete creative freedom over diameter and proportion:

• 12 inches (30 cm): Subtle botanical accent for study nooks, powder rooms, or kitchen walls.
• 16 inches (40 cm): Balanced silhouette for hallways, entryways, and private home offices.
• 20 inches (50 cm): Versatile scale for medium living rooms, reception areas, and reading corners.
• 24 inches (60 cm): Eye-catching focal point designed for feature walls and open-plan dining areas.
• 30 inches (76 cm): Oversized gallery centerpiece that anchors large architectural living spaces.
• Bespoke Diameters: Custom oversized dimensions engineered specifically for double-height architectural walls, grand residential entryways, or corporate boardrooms.

Because each piece is individually crafted, subtle variations in grain texture, mineral pigmentation, and live edge curvature make every Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock an unrepeatable work of natural art.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

With minimal, mindful care, your Olive Wood Live Edge Wall Clock will preserve its deep grain luster and precise movement for decades:

• Routine Dusting: Wipe the frame and wooden segments with a clean, dry microfiber cloth or soft feather duster. Avoid abrasive sponges, ammonia cleaners, or household chemical sprays that degrade natural oils.
• Periodic Conditioning: To keep the olive wood supple and vibrant, apply a light coat of natural wood conditioner or food-safe mineral oil to the timber segments every 12–18 months.
• Placement Advice: Avoid mounting directly above active fireplaces, high-output radiators, or in areas with prolonged direct sunlight to prevent premature moisture loss.
