Description

Round Moss Wall Art – Olive Wood & Preserved Reindeer Moss

The round moss wall art by WOWbyALP is an architectural biophilic centerpiece that unites organic textures, calming forest greens, and handcrafted precision. Handcrafted from dense Mediterranean olive wood, preserved Nordic reindeer moss, and a minimalist structural steel frame, this wall decor transforms residential and executive interiors into balanced, nature-connected sanctuaries.

Every piece is individually handcrafted in our Ankara workshop by skilled master artisans who specialize in solid timber joinery and preserved botanical compositions. The result is an enduring functional sculpture that reflects both timeless woodworking heritage and modern biophilic design.

What Makes This Round Moss Wall Art Unique

A round moss wall art installation is more than mere ornamentation—it introduces three-dimensional depth, acoustic softening, and tactile warmth into contemporary interiors:

• 100% Maintenance-Free Reindeer Moss: Our premium lichen is sustainably harvested and preserved using an eco-friendly mineral salt solution. It maintains its velvety softness, natural elasticity, and vibrant green hues permanently without water, soil, misting, or sunlight.
• Ancient Mediterranean Olive Wood: Hand-selected for its dramatic marbling, wild swirling grain, and natural live edges, each wood segment brings centuries of growth history into your space.
• Architectural Steel Framing: The industrial-grade circular metal frame provides rigid geometric containment, establishing an elegant structural contrast between raw botanical life and clean contemporary architecture.
• Biophilic Wellness: Integrating preserved moss and organic hardwoods into living spaces and work environments reduces mental fatigue, promotes calm focus, and softens harsh room acoustics naturally.

Custom Size Configurations & Interior Architecture Integration

Your custom round moss wall art can be fabricated to match the exact physical proportions of your wall layout. Because WOWbyALP operates as an authentic direct manufacturer rather than a middleman showroom gallery, you possess total design freedom over the scale of your botanical wall sculpture:

• Standard Diameter Options:
  • 12 Inches (30 cm): Ideal for intimate powder rooms, private nooks, or vertical pillar accents.
  • 16 Inches (40 cm): Balanced proportions for entryway corridors and home office gallery clusters.
  • 20 Inches (50 cm): Perfect scale for placement above consoles, vanities, or bedroom nightstands.
  • 24 Inches (60 cm): Commanding accent for living room feature walls and executive study suites.
  • 30 Inches (76 cm): Monumental single-piece focal point for dining rooms, fireplace mantels, and boardrooms.
• Bespoke Scaling & Gallery Triptychs: We routinely engineer custom oversized diameters up to 48+ inches as well as synchronized multi-circle gallery sets tailored for commercial lobbies, luxury hospitality suites, and grand open-concept layouts.

Coordinate a unified design language across your interior by pairing your wood and moss wall art with a matching epoxy dining table, a minimalist live edge wood shelf, or complementary panels from our curated wood wall art category. Technical Precision & Material Excellence

WOWbyALP operates a highly integrated global framework: our primary production facility is located in Ankara, Turkey, while Wow by Alp LLC (US) acts as our commercial headquarters handling global logistics management and secure merchant customer care. This configuration provides international clients with world-class old-world woodworking paired with the absolute security of a US-registered merchant experience.

• Moisture-Stabilized Olive Wood: We kiln-dry our olive wood slabs to an optimal 8%–12% moisture equilibrium. As detailed in our features on how solid live edge wood furniture transforms a home and modern live edge furniture crafted to last, strict moisture control permanently prevents the timber from checking, bowing, or warping inside climate-controlled homes.
• Zero-VOC Organic Sealing: The olive wood surfaces are treated with non-toxic, plant-based hardwax oils that seal the pores, enrich the amber grain contrast, and protect against humidity shifts without artificial plastic coatings.
• Precision Welded Metal Frame: Finished in a rust-resistant matte black powder coating, the exterior steel band provides structural stability and flush wall seating.

FAQ – Round Moss Wall Art

Does the preserved reindeer moss require watering, misting, or sunlight?
No, absolutely not. The reindeer moss utilized in our round moss wall art undergoes a specialized preservation process that replaces water with natural, eco-friendly minerals. It does not grow, requires zero soil or misting, and should not be watered. To preserve its color vibrancy, display it indoors away from intense direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

Can I customize the size or timber arrangement of my Round Moss Wall Art?
Yes. Beyond our standard 12″ to 30″ diameter catalog options, our Ankara studio operates as a direct custom atelier. We can fabricate oversized circular frames, adjust the wood-to-moss ratio, or construct matching multi-piece wall art sets tailored to your architect’s exact dimensional requirements.

How is the round moss wall art mounted safely to the wall?
Every piece comes equipped with a heavy-duty, low-visibility mounting bracket integrated directly into the rear of the steel frame. We include complete mounting hardware, allowing you to install the artwork securely and flush against drywall, wood studs, or masonry walls.

How long do custom production and global delivery take?
The total estimated delivery window is 10–24 business days. This includes 5–10 business days for technical timber preparation, artisan moss placement, and assembly in our Ankara workshop, followed by 5–14 business days of express air freight via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.

Is each Round Moss Wall Art piece unique?
Yes. Because we use authentic, slow-grown Mediterranean olive wood and arrange the preserved moss entirely by hand, every piece features its own distinct grain movements, live edge contours, and botanical textures. No two installations are ever identical.
